What is SiouxperfFit?
SiouxperFit is Siouxland’s premier fitness facility, focused on providing world class coaching and real world results in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. We believe that everyone is an athlete, and at SiouxperFit we work to increase your overall fitness by focusing our workouts on constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high relative intensity. We will be right there to help you through every workout and hold you accountable as you work to achieve your personal goals.
What Does “No Capes Needed” mean?
Our belief is that anyone can become SiouxperFit! True fitness is not achieved in an 8 week body transformation bot camp or with some fad diet. True fitness is a lifelong journey that is not about where you start, but about where you are going. At SiouxperFit our goal is to make you fit for life, and achieve life goals that you have never even imagined!
What are the workouts like?
Our classes and private coaching sessions are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at a high intensity. The workouts are scaled to challenge all of out clients at any fitness level. This means that a new participant and a SiouxperFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity, while producing the desired results for each individual. If you make a commitment to come in, do the work and eat right, our workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness results that you won’t find anywhere else.
What if I am not in very good shape, this sounds intimidating?
The biggest challenge you will face is signing up for your first free intro and coming to that class. Once you get here you will see that not only can you do these workouts, but that you will be able to do things you never thought would be possible. We know this is different than any other fitness experience you will find in Siouxland, but we also know that it works and that you will love it! Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week. Because our workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
